Situated in the heart of our brewery surrounded by the old-world charm of oak barrels to the modern-day style of the fermentation vessels, you can relax with a beer and a feed, and take a look through the window into our open fermentation room and have a peek at our mixed-cultures bubbling away in the Culture Club. The Future Mountain taproom is a truly immersive farmhouse-inspired brewery experience.
We specialise in saisons, farmhouse ales and sour beer. There are over 12 taps constantly pouring a forever changing list of seasonal beers and limited edition single barrel beers- some of which will only be poured at the taproom. In addition to the 12 taps for beer, there are two which are dedicated to local Victorian wine. With seasonal beer cocktails, boilermakers, a selection of wines and spirits, plus non-alcoholic beverages, there is something for everyone.

Former Gimlet chef Raphael Exton Pery has taken his fine dinning experience and applied it to the humble sandwich, by creating an array of crusty baguettes and tasty hot sides. From a citrus & herb free range chicken baguette to a French dip beef roll that you dunk in house-made gravy.
