Label Art Limited Edition Prints

All of Future Mountain’s bottle labels are hand-painted and designed by our in-house designer and co/owner Kara Rasmanis.

Shane and Ian produce the beers and name them, then Kara gets to create the artwork. Every label created is a unique work of art. They all start with a painting, mostly watercolour although handmade pigments from wood ash have been made for one and a hand-carved stamp for another. Kara works with organic shapes that feel like they could be rocks or even yeast cells and all mix colours to create texture and a sense of things being blended together to create a whole, much in the same way the beer was created.

Each artwork is printed on archival Hahnemuhle bamboo paper in an edition of only 10.
