HANDS OF GOLD (4.1% ABV) - HOWLER FILL 18
This is our interpretation of a Mexican style Cerveza. Brewed with 35% corn, we also added fresh Tahitian Limes and Agave nectar to this unfiltered lager. This beer has been lagering for 2 months so it is light, crisp and smashable! It has fresh zesty notes of lime and is oh so refreshing. Designed to be drunk fresh, Hands Of Gold is the perfect festive summer beer.
HARROW AND HARVEST (ABV 4.3%) - HOWLER FILL 17
Harrow and Harvest is our interpretation of a traditional Belgian Wit beer. Brewed with malted, rolled and raw wheat, coriander seed, chamomile and Curacao orange peel, this refreshing beer has flavours of lemon and sweet orange and gives way to a crisp, refreshing finish.
TEMPEST (ABV 4.6%) - HOWLER FILL 17
Is a traditional German pilsner that has been lagered for 8 weeks. This beer is well-balanced, crisp and refreshing. It has a firm bitterness with a moderately dry finish and an elegant floral aroma.
CONSTANT STATE (ABV 4.7%) - HOWLER 20
Constant State is a saison brewed using pilsner malt, unmalted rye and raw wheat and in conjunction with natural carbonation in the keg, pours a lovely golden straw colour with a soft, pillowy head. By combining 2 saison yeast strains, Constant State has a very aromatic & complex flavour profile of pear & citrus balanced with peppery/earthy notes. These flavours are complemented by the use of New World European hops late in the brew to enhance the fruity & floral flavours.
SANDCASTLE HEART (ABV 4%) - HOWLER 17
This kettle soured wheat ale has Yarra Valley strawberries and citrus zest added in the fermenter. It has a prominent fresh strawberry aroma underpinned by fruitiness from the yeast. The light, refreshing tartness complements the juicy strawberry flavour with an orange fresh zest that adds a bright citrus note.
JEZEBEL (ABV 5.5%)- HOWLER 22
Jezebel is a farmhouse pale ale brewed with pilsner malt, flaked rye and oats. Fermented with a blend of French saison and farmhouse yeast and generously dry hopped. Notes of melon and lemon peel, balanced bitterness with a dry finish.
INCANTATION (ABV 3.4%) - HOWLER 16
Brewed with pilsner malt, raw wheat and flaked triticale and fermented out completely dry with a mixed culture grown up from various sources in our lab.
Pouring golden straw in colour with a gorgeous white head, fresh lime, dandelions, and hay on the nose, a firm bitterness, dry with plenty of funk.
A MILLION STARS (ABV 5.5%) - HOWLER 22
Our winter farmhouse ale pours a deep dark brown that is almost black, so dark that light does not pass through the glass. We added cardamom, black pepper, rosemary, star anise and juniper berries along with the French hop, Aramis, to give a heady bouquet of spices and pine. This ale does not drink like you would expect a dark ale to. It is dry and delicate, balanced and drinkable, just as we like our farmhouse ales/ saisons to be. We made this dark farmhouse ale in celebration of the Winter Solstice and the long nights of the season. Delve into the darkness, discover the many layers of flavour within and let A MILLION STARS shine bright.

ALAMEDA #5 (ABV 5.6%) - HOWLER 26
Alameda is a selected blend of our golden sour beer aged in oak barrels. Each blend of Alameda highlights a unique mix of yeast and bacteria which will differ from blend to blend. This blend has a clean lemon tart acid profile, prominent oak on the palate, vinous notes and a vibrant finish.
CHANCE OR CIRCUMSTANCE (6.6% ABV) - HOWLER 28
Brown Sour Beer Aged in Oak Barrels with Dates and Wattle Seed.
STATIC AND DISTANCE (5% ABV) - HOWLER 24
STATIC & DISTANCE is the first Saison in what will be an ongoing barrel fermented Saison series at Future Mountain. Using a high proportion of malted Spelt in the grain bill to highlight the wonderful rustic cereal flavour that Spelt offers, this beer is fermented in oak barriques to give a hint of oak on the palate. We steeped Dandelion tea in the brewhouse kettle to add an earthy, herbal tea note that gradually builds from one sip to the next. This beer veers off the super highway of Saisons and takes you on a more contemplative country back road, highlighting the wonderful versatility this style of beer can offer.
