Local Delivery (Thu - Sat - will be delivered from 6pm)
If you have selected this option and have ordered before 5pm your order will show up at your door sometime after 6pm. If you have ordered after the 5pm cutoff your delivery will be made the next delivery evening after 6pm. If you have selected to swap your empty howler bottles for fresh fills please ensure you leave your empty howler bottles on your doorstep ready for pickup. To help out with processing and cleaning howlers at the brewery please rinse bottle with hot water and remove cap and tag.
Our shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10 per order for customers located in Victoria & $15 per order for all other states. We offer free delivery on orders over $100.
We ship every 2 business days (except if a public holiday). Please keep this in mind when placing your order. Orders are dispatched once processed. We are unable to hold orders for delivery on a specific day. Shipping times vary but your beer should arrive within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. If you don't receive your beer within 10 business days, please let us know via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
All parcels can be tracked and due to COVID-19 will be left at your premises if safe to do so. However, we do offer customers the option to state specific delivery instructions, e.g. leave behind side gate etc.
If the premises is unattended during a delivery which requires a signature, a notice will be placed in your post box and either scheduled for re-delivery or made available from a nearby location. Please follow the instructions on the notice you receive.
Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday, however we are unable to give a guaranteed time of delivery. No deliveries are made on public holidays or weekends.
At this stage, we can only accept orders from within Australia and not international orders. If the order is being sent to a non-residential address, please ensure the business/company name is included in the address details.

The cost of return postage, if applicable, is to be paid by the sender.., All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt and if the items are not beers they must be in an unused and saleable condition. In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged in transit please contact us immediately. Depending on the order and extent of damage to the goods we will be able to provide you with a credit or replacement, this is at the sole discretion of Future Mountain.

Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)

A description of the item you are returning and a reason for the return
