Alameda is a selected blend of our golden sour beer aged in oak barrels. Each blend of Alameda highlights a unique mix of yeast and bacteria which will differ from blend to blend.  Blend 3 has a clean lemon tart acid profile, prominent oak on the palate, peachy and pineapple notes and a bright sharpe finish.
