Silhouette is our Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Oatmeal Stout, utilising exceptional ex-Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels sourced from the U.S.A. Made using rolled oats and molasses, Silhouette quietly ages in barrel for eight weeks. Inspired by the great Bourbon Barrel Aged Stouts of America, the intention was to create an intensely decadent, oily, and textural beer. Treat your senses to notes of rich dark chocolate, toasted coconut and charred oak. 

For us at the brewery the release of silhouette comes and goes very quickly each year. A 4-month process from brew day to barrel aging to bottle conditioning this black oily liquid sells out fast!. Silhouette, from the very start has been a beer we had no intention to increase its volume. With only 300 bottles of silhouette released each year make sure you don’t miss out on the 2021 vintage.
